Rectifier voltage should be 125-130VDC. 120 min. You either have a bad rectifier or a bad 3 phase leg going to it.

Tablets have to use a usb to serial converter. Not all brands work correctly, One that works on a laptop should work on a tablet.

he is probably right, going from 3 chip software to 4 chip may allow you to disconnect EE on Phase 1 where a safety shoe could stay active on Phase 1....
