Power supplies cause trouble all the time in the car panel. They use a voltage doubler circuit to get the 30 Volts and the caps go bad all tthe time, ...

Is it one of the old 5 Volt encoders or a 12 volt.?

You probably need to change the Brake Micro switches to low movement switches. One that works is Omron Z-15HD-B.

Sounds like Encoders or Tachs are grounded at both ends. Make sure they are only grounded at one end, Both ends makes an antenna with noise.

They should be on the wiring Diagram

All of the Kone MX machines are crap and have traction problems.. driver will not last 5 years! Total Junk!
