I agree with Hex, I doubt it is the board. try clearing DEC, M-1-5-4, also PF RAM M-1-5-1. If that doesn't work I would try what Hex says, recalculate...

Aside from going from 110vdc to 220vac, it should plug right in to the integration board. It is multidrop not discrete., it is a very straight forward...
