0105 is power supply problem and or braking resistor broken and fault 0213 is no floor nodes found (probably linked to power supply problems).

Check for any damaged insulation in shaft at point where lift stops. I have had similar intermittent faults in the past which was due to this

Be aware that a lot of rope lubricants can be mistaken for rouge as they are the same colour and very messy which lasts forever once applied to ropes.

0036 = Main contactor dropped during travel which could be caused by almost anything.0036 is just reporting that a drive fault has occurred.
