3300 is widely used in Europe and is regarded as cheap junk by many.More trouble than they are worth in my opinion.

Check rotor for cracked / broken rotor bars and get them repaired if that is the case.

Can't see 18 units having a common fault unless it's power related.Don't suppose building does a weekly emergency generator test ?

Have full official info but it is in book form in full color, bound and 150 pages so not something suitable for here.

0117 is no set up drive fault. You need to do a set up drive.
