If d26 was 1 and someone wrote it,any power loss will cause it to go back to 1 although it was changed to 0. if it happens again write d26 at 0

Call an elevator company to diagnose your issue. You should not try to work on elevators if you do not have the qualifications to do so.

I see it, it is a COA-29 style. That has a bevel on top and bottom in my book.

Did you check the ourput card on the car that recieves the down calls? Maybe a bad output.
