Tke doesnt make py2's. They have been replaced with py4's. Never had a problem with software compatibility

Make sure your replacing it with a 6300py4 board. Install the capacitor in the controller on p150 and g150. Replace all the belts. If they are dry-rot...

They can be jumped i believe. If need be

Check the brake and make sure its lifting properly. Secure any loose connections in the circuit. Check your relays, especially bk1.

dmc's use 6300py4 boards. put the jumpers in the right spot and install the cap on p150 g150......maybe a few adjustments afterwards

Why was the iod and cpua replaced? Why are you updating software on the hnbs? Check your can communication for starters

replace the encoder. replace belts . if that fails you have a faulty board
