you dont need software for a new ioc..... its a straight swap but you need the cpua as well. the new ioc will not work with the 16bit cpua.

i believe ebad flashes constantly on a tac32 hydro. check all your boards. theres safety processor on the selector. check that fuse and all the fuses ...

upgrade will need a new CPU as well. Make sure you get all the software.....

If its only a 2 stop check the wiring. Board prob bad if its been running for awhile.
