It's just a Rath phone built into the COP. The antenna is for remote monitoring and it is cellular. It just dumps data once a day.

1503 is brake contact or failed to pick, Check BRKC relay and brake contractor auxiliaries. 633 is a V+ IGBT fault, usually a bad IGBT.
