Its very sad-Ive seen this one especially on bi-parting doors. The "doors locked" contact jumped. Its pretty frightening to see that one in action!

The UMV and MRS units have a soft brake relevel which is a really nice idea.

Both suggestions above are spot on. Your reset circuit is very likely your issue-worn contacts on the selector can cause all kinds of weird issues

Dont know much about the MPH2....if it has a thermal overload on P1 to P2 on the pump motor could this be opening up? That is if it is a self reseting...
