make sure car is running in the right direction..did you have a bad encoder and just installed a new one on a running unit?

yes thought of that we ruled out a safety circuit on the car and machine room thinking it may be a ribbon cable or bad board we also changed relays in...

where is the unit at and who do you work for?

at400 door operator controller on operator

you can disable direction limits with service tool..

turn local switch off

the rotation of the magnets will make a difference since there is a north and south pole..

check your lsp relay

turn the power off and drain the capacitor for 10min then try it again

found a small crack in the encoder disk i replaced the encoder we will see if it goes away

make sure DA is set correctly if not it will never leave the floor in the down when the oil is cold
