either the valve is not adjusted properly or it is bad. The viscocity control sounds to be working properly

not an option at this job. Sills not worn thru (other comapny turned tab out and it was hitting sill), we're going to try and take edge off of groove....

I've had inspectors in our area make us prove they are functional if they are on the job. If you disconnect them I suggest getting them off the job.
