Thanks Elm thought I posted solution, turns out Bldg owner thought he could fix loose button and reversed plug and me being me made it to complicated

If memory serves check back contacts on direction relays also terminal speed switch.

Had same problem, was the batteries at bottom of controller

Take a look at the copper floor contacts if worn the skis won’t ride right

I should have complete set, also have manual of course nothing electronic

I think it's 1977, don't remember. It's an oildraulic with the swing door for the card rack.
