One car should be Master and one Slave.. if This is set correctly try reversing Master and Slave cars and test it.

Had one of those once show JBF on display and was actually on normal operation. Had to change what it said with the CADI tool. Answered calls and work...

What happens if you tell it that it has NO fire service? Then POR.

Install an external snubber around the valve coil.

Note that the Old boards with cut jumpers for address, the new boards are opposite with the dip switches. Cut on Old is Closed on the dip switch.
