Thanks for reply..we uploaded car parameters and ordered. New SPU board..spu link swap .....no change...

89 loss of dispatch flt...no other faults..swapped out spu link board with another car ...no change...will check grp parameters..

I have over the years had broken grounds on relays on the backplane.if safety circuit is intact..and doors are good (DR) may be a MGS.circuit problem....

..check to see if your reader board so working properly ..on inspection you can actually see the LU,LD,DZ inductor lamps lit..you might have to do a h...

absolutely right..there is always more than one way to do something..service tool is what works the best..less chance of a wiring short that will take...

The tool is a Idec programmer..have not had any eprom issues with this equipment..find it very reliable
