I unwired door motor and unplugged everything to door control board and still blew so I'm going to change relay control board tomorrow and see.

I would call kone and have them fix it for you and ask what was wrong. We fix elevators for other companies and vice versa when ever it's a high prior...

We have had good luck with 25a ,but the smaller 16l isn't getting much run life.
