Check where the card reader is wired. They could be causing noise if they are using power supply from KMUL board. Good luck. Let us know what you find...

I’ve had something similar and it ended up being a micro-switch on the door operator long arm.

Check 4-1 to see elevator operation mode. Replace cartop battery if it didn’t recharge. Check UPS is on and good.

I’ve had a coil with a solid core inside. It seemed to hold in for a bit longer than the normal relays. Notice the small L outside the L coil circle. ...

I would replace the capacitor mounted under the 104 board. It is part of the 45v power supply. I’ve seen when it starts to go bad the door will stall.

Ended up being door operator board was latching the door close signal. Replaced it again, working normally. Thanks everyone for there responses.

We had the same faults. It ended up the brake would slip once the e-brake picked. Recalibrated brake pads pick gap to <.004.
