Black Box almost never fails. Always the connection on the box or the end termination on the belt that fails.. Re connect both ends on that belt.

Try re terminating the both ends of the belts and make sure there are no wires crossing over in the belt. That sometimes clears this issue. Black or B...

It does not need to be plugged into the Pulse Monitor.But Pulse Monitor or the belts has to be replaced, depending of the error code the Pulse monitor...

There are only 2 plugs in the Pulse box. One is 30vdc and the other is a relay function, shot out the relay and the lift will run as normal.
