Had a similar situation that would repeat once a week at first then every day after a while. Turned out the be a bad t cable wired in a shielded pair.

A stupid question, do you have both DZ inputs? There are 2 on the controller. I've found a bad selector board doing the same thing

I am pushing the soft starts every day. Better protection and no movable parts. The only way to go.

The DO ouput fires when in slowdown but drops before reaching the floor. The DO ouput pulls in the relay D1R and D2R aling with feeding the DZ brushes...
