John, If the empty car weight is 1000# and the capacity is 1000#, the cwt should be 1400#. They might want to raise the balance to 50%

What run relays are in? LU? UA? UX? TM? TMT? The thermastat could be under either tank. I am assuming a dry pump. You didnt say if it was submersible....
