Check the batteries. Even if they read good they still need to be replaced every few years.

It's not saving parameters in the set up mode. I hit enter on type. Then I change from single slide right to single slide left then I hit enter again....

Are they MG? If so check the field weakening also

Check the SCRs. Usually on the back of the controllers. I think any high readings between pairs around 19-20ohms or higher means they need to b replac...
