Wittur has a machine. I can't think of the model # off the top of my head, but it's on the Wittur site. It's both A17.1 and EN-81 approved.

My advice would be to just remove the old key switches from the panel and upgrade them to modern ones since a 70s era Otis, it is definitely discrete.
