Looking at modernizing some early Gen2 MRLs that have the building supported machines. Does anyone know of a 3rd party option to replace these machines?

Imperial and Hollister are working on replacement machines. I don't know if they are ready yet.

Wittur has a machine. I can't think of the model # off the top of my head, but it's on the Wittur site. It's both A17.1 and EN-81 approved.
