Did you try to join the cable together at that floor? Use a cat6 -cat6 connector. Not sure if it will fault it out or not but you can try.

Have you tried pixel? Very easy to adapt. Stay away from MCE. cannot get support to save your life anymore.

As an owner and installer, I love them. Very easy and quick to install. Have had very good luck so far.

Did you check the floor count? If it doesn't match it won't go on auto. Change to 3 stop or 4 stop whatever it is.

Car push button board (second one he tried) was bad. It has the bus for the fire service on it.

Did you call GAL They are pretty helpful in troubleshooting. I had a similar issue and it was the replacement board that arrived bad.
