Went over doors and they are ok. Changed guides, problem is still occurring 1 out of every 8 runs. It’s a hard stop then relevel into the floor. Fault...

Do you only have 1 cop? You should have 2 door open buttons, one for each door

You might have to replace your main IO board. Sometimes the hoistway and car door bypass switches go bad and it’ll give you this fault.

What kind of drive does it have?

It's a Siemens soft start. No faults on it. Just on the VMI controller.
