Boards should not be grounded or in anyway attched to the hall button metal. Hard to believe you could generate enough voltage, to jump the insulators...

Relays on NTS should be biforcated, not normal ice cubes. Also..No voltage out out of MI+ and MI-. check to see if a 38 or 39 event occured which trip...
