We have a Tac50-04 that has the tape selector on it. The magnets slid around and we are trying to get them back in the correct places. Something very frustrating is happening, if we cycle the power. It comes up with a 1021 code, and the only way to clear it, is to reset the board in the cop.

Any suggestions for this issue

Could it be that a switch in the selector is in the wrong state. it says it is an I/O mismatch.

Could be it was doing this before the magnets.

You have to reset the CN Card?

Replace it. I just had a CWIL doing that on a TAC32H.

On the set up for this magnet installation, it states that on most two landing jobs you will not be able to install more than the six count tbs magnets. "refer to manual for special adjustment for tbs setup on two landing jobs"

I call myself looking for that in our manuals and am unable to find the magnet set up anywhere.

Can someone share this info?

I didn't need to do anything special with my two stop. I only got to around magnet number 6, most jobs the counts didn't change after 5th magnet, so the last 5 were redundant. I have had to change my M39-40, accel and decel to get a good backup scan though. Lot of jobs turned out with softer numbers, say 80, that needed to be learned at 120.

Might have to try that, with the magnets on like they are supposed to be, it will not take a learn run and when it gets to the top, it gives a 693 fault and will not let you drive down unless you take off the tbs magnets.

The cn card replacement took care of the 1021 fault. Thanks for that. We got the shaft set up and the car runs. We are going to come back with the Accord tool and adjust the rollback. When it is at the top floor, it goes into the over head and always drifts up before going down.

Set up KARB and TARB for rollback without pre-torque. Type DLW in Remote Fast to see if pre-torque is enabled or disabled. If M91 is set to 1 and it still says disabled, you will probably have to set up load weighing.
