Getting faults 69, 21 and 74. The safety string indicator is and the car would run on inspection.
Looking for any help on this.

The 74 is a stuck 61 switch which is level up and 21 is safety string,probably when you flipped it on inspect but I don't know what the 69 is.

For a 69 I have Safety chain open ST2
Contactor SL1, LZ, 487, DZ or ADOP not operating correctly

Is it a Bar reader?

Check the software version so you have the right codes for that version!
