What repair shop did you send it to?

SEES has them for $900 per 500# cart.

Just called Wurtec, $1006 and some change per 500# cart.

SEES and Wurtec. I think SEES are little bit more expensive. Around $650 per 500# cart a couple years ago plus freight.

Could be a bad key switch. Have you tried running up on inspection from both ends?

SEES and Vertical Express both sell mechanical door restrictors.
