Does it run in inspection?

Make sure to isolate hydraulic leaks, via doing a sit test. I don’t know but maybe its going down mechanically and causing the lift to fault out.

Is the car sinking, releveling?

Any pictures of data tag? Do you know what model?

Unfortunately I couldn’t find. At the worst case scenario you can rewind it. Is the Coil open?

Is the SPB and/or SPA LED in the board blinking when you get to the job? And have problems?

Did you verified the traveler cable? Also, check if CLC is getting voltage for the inputs at the calls. Press call and then go to CLC at the same time...

Who is Master and Slave in that setup?
