I think everyone has a different idea of what to carry and what to carry it in...some guys can hardly lift their bags and others just have a small bum...

maybe that was what was specified at installation for some reason. is it a recent problem or been like it for a while.

Why wont they help???...is there some previous problems that you have had with them..usually a company will jump at the chance to make some money!!!
