I think your bad lift need to do the car door self-learn again and input the right opening/closing door torque parameters.

Which control system do you use,now? What are your configuration requirements?

You would better check the encoder cable 's interference,or the port has been loosen.

I think you need to do the shaft learn again, maybe the position of the lift is loss, or the leveling switch / motor ecoder have problem.

If this lift has been used more than ten years,why don't you consider to replace this MRL traction machine? Last edited by INTENTEC-Luan; 02/22/18 ...

I think the MCSS board was bad,or fuse burned out.You can release the brake by one key turn on and press a red button on the little board.
