Looks like those prints are from 1992. Maybe they kept the same nomenclature and it still may help.

I would take a close look at your 5 volt power supply. The floor table should be non-volatile RAM, could be AC ripple on your 5 volt supply electrical...

Maybe the valve. With cold oil it could be overshooting the top floor and hitting the limit switch.
