The valve has been changed out to a Maxton valve several years ago

The valve leaks so that is why it ends up on the springs I also checked the relevel circuit and it does relevel on all floors

I also have a couple 2000 I have to reset every month how long does the reset code last for do you have to keep putting in the same code every time or...

is there a difference in the blue otis tool and the black otis tool looks like all keys are the same on the tool

Yes I tried SS to ESB no luck

what do you jump ESB to on the print it shows CSS as the common on the switch but there is no terminal CSS.
