There is a manual on every USB stick that comes with the job.

Do you mean Thyssen takes the stick or there isn't a manual on it? Every TAC32 I have seen has a full manual on it and we do not go take USB sticks when we loose jobs at the branch I work for.

Found them under quick commands. No USB stick though. What should the USB contain? Should I recreate it ?

It's not a bad idea especially when you consider how easy it is. You just need a folder called "tke" with a folder called "backup" inside. Also make a "update" a "recover" and a "logfiles" folder in the tke folder while you're at it. You just plug the stick in the CPUA and enter the UDLS command and it will put a copy of the job image and generic software in the backup folder. To use it you just copy the files and paste them in the update folder, then put the CPU in Z Modem. But make sure you copy and paste so you keep a copy in the backup folder because the job image will disappear from the update folder when it loads.
