Hi guys, had an 0445 fault level at the bottom landing. Reset and tested operation, car ran without any issues. What causes a 0445 fault?

C3:Software problem (deadlock) at elevator control or at car drive
A3:Wait for successful recovery

Thank you! So if extra info equals 0006, does that mean that door contacts not closing during trip prep?
