2 stop. Successful resets to OCSS and MCSS with Service Tool. But under OCSS 1,2,1 (whatever it is, not looking at my tool readout) still says NAV (not available). Won't take calls but inside car it repeats the message / audio "experiencing minor technical difficulties, please push the alarm button." (something like that). I've been an IUEC member for about 10 years and had my Otis buddies on the phone -- they were stumped since it took the resets. Any help?
Also, instead of 1,2,3,4 it says 1,2,3,6 OCSS, MCSS, DCSS, GWAY? ...like upgrade from the Gen2?
