I have two Hydrofit units in separate building that are set up with generator emergency power. Both units failed emergency power operation during the witnessed 5 year testing. Generator power is good, emergency power jewel comes on but elevator doesn't function. Status of elevator is (EPC) emergency power wait for correction run. Do i need to change a OCSS emergency installation parameter to make it work? If so, what one? They all match factory values.
