Got a 1992 Otis LMH in the pit. Can’t run up. Jumped UMV, ULV & PM relays to ground while on cartop inspection but still can’t run up. Not sure what else I may be missing. See attached photos. Looking for any assistance. Thanks

Is DR relay on? Think that's your safety circuit, can't find my lrv print in my phone at the moment lol
