Are the pneumatic timing relays still available used in 1-4TR ckts? If not is there a replacement anybody is happy with?

those might still be available from allen bradly. You need to pay attention to the contact arrangement. I think the delay on and delay off feature is reversible, if memory serves me correctly.

Speecher-schuh makes a good replacement.
