Hi. Dialing into a phone to change from calling Kone.
Static noise is heard then I press
1 #*# it beeps
1122# it beeps
#1*3333333333# phone hangs up on me here. No change in programming . Help please

Unplug XS1 plug on the RIF board with power on, then plug back in.
