any best practices to share when replacing the phones in the KCM's. We have two we need to replace, do not want to back with the Kone mess. Still need to activate the ECOM Failure. I was thinking that someone had came up with a replacement. These are the older ones without the visual communication.

You could try Kings Lion. I’ve seen a few of them on Kone equipment that have the ECom failure board in the controller.
