Hello All,
I am having an issue with a GAL hydro. Whenever the building loses power, it does what it is supposed to do. However, a "low oil reset" is required when this occurs, which kind of makes sense considering that the battery backup signals the low oil relay to initiate a recall to the bottom floor.
Has anyone experienced this and/or knows what to do so that the "low oil reset" is not required after normal power is restored to the building?
