You mean, like a basic constant factor? Example, when the speed, weight, suspension means are known quantities, you plug 'em into a formula? I know of no such formula. In our trade, we just use g-force measurement devices, and express vertical and horizontal maximum forces as "jerk rate", or Gs.

Vibration is given in hz or frequency. diameter of the device and speed is the vibration frequency. what are you looking for? do you know the frequency of your vibration?
