Stuck with an error On Otis elevator. Can anyone help me with fault codes or suggestion?

It might help if you would add controller type. Otis makes many different units all with different menus and codes. The user interface does not reflect that,

Controller B - On the 4 stop - Not AVailable - DDP (Running Time Exceeded).
Look in Drive if it is a traction elevator... But like Rolly said, we need a bit more info to really help you!
