How do you set up security? I have a 330A w/ a 3rd landing that goes to the roof. That had a code at one point. Hold 3 it flashes and enter code, and the call latches. This is how the customer told me it works. I just picked up the job. right now you hold 3 and it never flashes too except a code.

Got it working, JABC NEEDS TO BE ON IN THE SYSTEM. Don't know what it stands for but it works.
