3300 kse inconsistent fault

Anyone had an issue with the lift performing a synchronisation travel and faulting on the kse-d ?I have correct voltages and correct state but still getting the fault. Pretty much out of ideas!!

Just to follow up on this for those who may want to know,

I replaced the SDIC board, performed new shaft learn run and elevator back in service.
