Doing annual tests,on inspect,running car from controller,empty car,get to top normal,U,UX drop,car goes down without down circuit coming up. If I continue to try and get to limit,it will continue to bounce (three inches,2:1,CT29,60 HP,350FPM .Not getting to buffer. In middle of hatch starting to go up,car will go down first without D,DX coming up,then car goes up,when stopping car will go down. And vice versa in opposite direction. The car has load weighing and I know it changes GF,and dispatching,but pre-torque? I don't believe I have a brake issue,(empty car drfit down). Car runs fine on automatic.Any ideas?
