Had two entrapments exactly one week apart (Friday evening at a hotel) Both passengers reported a knocking noise before elevator stopped. The fault codes were 94 with two sub codes 01 and 75..... 01 is CDOOR coil active when doors fully closed, 75 is CDOOR coil active with doors fully open. Not sure that make sense. The print shows that as long as the gate is made up the CDOOR coil should be active. Went over door locks, gate switch and checked terminals. No smoking gun. Elevator runs fine, but do not want to turn this over. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the relays are failing on the board, if you get the board repaired see if the company will socket the base so if this happens again you can change the relay instead of sending it out for repair.

I had to send a 2Q board in twice to get rid of a Xtra info 10. It wasn't the relays it was the IC13 chip.

Sorry I got ahead of myself, I thought we were talking about a CRIP board on a 330A!
