Merry Xmas everyone. I am troubleshooting a schindler smart mrl 002 elevator.
I am seeing this error, but when I check the XCan cable it is connected properly.

Anyone encountered this error?
0318 E_DOOR_SDIC_HEARTBEAT
Reason: Door (SDIC) does not receive the heartbeat from ECU
(SCIC)
Going to Check: CAN cable; CAN cable termination on all subsystems (SCIC;
SDIC; SEM; FC; COP)
